The estate is located 3 km from the medieval village of Sospel.

and about twenty minutes from the Roya Valley with its magnificent hilltop villages including Saorge which has been classified among the most beautiful villages in France.

And the little jewel of the valley: the Notre Dame des Fontaines chapel with its 16th century frescoes.

The Casterino Valley in the Mercantour Park, which provides access to the Valley of Wonders famous for its prehistoric engravings, is an hour's drive away, while Italy, very close via our mountain roads, is only 10 km away.
The region is a paradise for hikers with its many trails.

You can set off on foot from the house for a hike.

In Italy, a series of very beautiful villages within an hour's drive are worth the trip: Dolce Aqua; Apricale, Perinaldo as well as the magnificent Hanbury Gardens on the coast.

The nearest town on the coast is Menton, much appreciated for its human size, its famous gardens, its lemons and its Mediterranean charm as well as its beaches.

Monaco is about 45 minutes away and its main points of interest are the Oceanographic Museum, the Exotic Garden, the Prince's Palace and for those curious about a life of great luxury, its Casino and its port.

Finally, Nice, with its many museums, its Promenade des Anglais, its picturesque old town where you can enjoy socca, is an hour's drive away.
